If you follow the instructions step by step, installation is nothing to worry about and your device will be looking beautiful in no time at all.
Will the skin damage my device or leave any residue after removing?
How long do shipments typically take?
A typical order is fulfilled from our Canadian headquarters within 12-72 hours. Depending on the location you’re ordering from, shipping time for orders within North America take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive. International orders outside of North America can take anywhere between 7-10 business days.
How can I track my order?
7 Layer Skinz uses several different shipping partners to give the best and most secure postage options. If you have registered an account with us, you can go to your order and check the status at any time. If you chose to checkout as a guest, unfortunately, there is no way for our site to recognize you.
How much is it to ship my product?
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on your location and order size.
What are the Duties and Additional Fees?
Orders shipped to international countries may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. While we always try our best to ensure our customers pay the least amount possible when importing products, this is beyond the control of 7 Layer Skinz and it is the responsibility of the importer. Please check with your countries customs office for further details.
I need to return my items. What do I do?

My product didn’t align with my device correctly. What can I do?
Every skin should be of the highest quality and align perfectly with your device. Please ensure you have followed the installation instructions perfectly. If your skin has a deficiency, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you a replacement sent out right away.
Can I include my corporate logo on my skin?
Definitely. We specialize in corporate branding, please email email@example.com to have a prototype of your custom brand created.
Why is everything priced in US Dollars?
To keep our products consistently priced from country to country, we price everything in US Dollars. If you are making a purchase outside of the US, your credit card company will use the day’s exchange rate and automatically convert to your local currency.
